We have started an initiative where we are hiring and training differently abled individuals with hearing defects to be a part of our organisation so that they can become self reliant and independent and have more opportunities in the fashion industry.

We provide a sign language interpreter with the differently abled individual so that there is ease in communication which not only helps to understand the workings of the factory but also helps in ease of communication with other employees.

We make sure to hire two such people at a time so that they have some company and don't feel left out in the working environment.

We have already trained a few people in this area and soon will have more people working with us.
